2. What is your return policy?
At Lead Star, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not satisfied with an item you purchase, just return it in its original condition within 30 days of the date it was shipped to you for a refund.
Lead Star will make an exchange or refund the full purchase amount (including sales tax but excluding any shipping and handling fees) if an item is returned within 30 days of the date it is shipped to you. Shipping and handling will only be refunded if the problem is the result of our error. Refunds can only be made in the original form of payment and only to the original purchaser.

4. Can my order be shipped to a PO Box or outside of the United States?
We can ship items to PO Boxes. At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. If you would like to place an international order, please contact us at (800) 381 7780.
5. How much does shipping and handling cost?
All of our items are shipped via FedEx or the US Postal Service. In-stock items will arrive within approximately 5-7 business days. We will notify you via email if an item you have purchased is backordered.
Shipping and handling is free of charge on the following items: e-Books, Lead Star's subscription service, individual teleseminars, seminar on-demand, and boot camp registrations.
Shipping and handling for all other items is calculated as follows:
