The Leading from the Front workshops details specific leadership practices that allow any leader, anywhere to focus on personal effectiveness and maximize their leadership potential. The Leading from the Front workshop is based off of the leadership principles written about in Angie and Courtney's best-selling book.
Leading a Dynamic Workforce
This workshop is specifically for managers and supervisors who want to learn how to effectively develop leaders in their organization. This session will focus on communicating expectations, holding others accountable to their performance, how to be an effective decision maker and develop this key skill set in others, and also creating a positive, productive team environment.
Communicating Like a Leader
Leaders have integrity in their interactions and do not shy away from high-stakes conversations. The Communicating Like a Leader workshop is for leaders who want awareness on their communication style and strategies on how to succeed with the most challenging communications leaders engage in. Coursework emphasizes key strategies for increasing confidence in communicating, providing constructive criticism, resolving conflict and successfully handling confrontation.
Leadership and Team Development
