Lead Star's Team Select Coaching Program is designed for organizations seeking to provide key talent with a customized leadership development program. This exclusive, one of a kind program combines small group leadership learning with a personalized, individual executive coaching experience. You select the participants; Lead Star provides the opportunity for your colleagues to take their leadership skills to the next level.

Up to ten men and women from your organization can be enrolled in each, eight-week Team Select Leadership Coaching Program.

Team Select Leadership Coaching Program participants will learn how to:

• Optimize their leadership skills by improving their ability to influence outcomes and inspire others
• Effectively motivate and inspire their colleagues
• Bring high performance and accountability to the teams they are a part of
• Enhance their leadership strengths and address their professional weaknesses
• Build the relationships necessary for success within the organization
• Develop the leadership skills of their employees and colleagues
• Successfully resolve conflict with others
• Maximize their professional and personal performance and success as a leader

Participants in the Team Select Leadership Coaching Program complete the following phases during an eight-week development experience that is designed to complement a busy professional's schedule:

Initial Assessment and Foundational Knowledge Building

Participants complete focused written and reading assignments developed to build a foundation of leadership knowledge that will be used throughout the program and beyond. From self-assessment and reflection, to reading excerpted works from renowned leadership experts, this initial program phase builds a solid leadership baseline.

Team Select Seminar

Held at the client's location of choice, this small group learning experience connects the participants from your organization in a day-long, highly interactive, leadership development course. Participants learn and share leadership best practices, discuss leadership tools for overcoming challenge, and strengthen their relationships with their colleagues. Each seminar is personally facilitated by Angie Morgan and Courtney Lynch.

Individual Executive Coaching Program

Following participation in the Team Select Seminar, participants begin a six-week customized coaching program working personally with Angie or Courtney via teleconference as they complete targeted assignments designed to develop their individual leadership style and skills.

Final Action Plan

Upon completion of the Team Select Leadership Coaching Program, each participant is provided with a personalized, detailed action plan designed to assist him or her with the continued development of their leadership abilities beyond the program.

Ideal candidates for inclusion in the program are:

• Those who currently serve in management positions and want to improve their ability to lead
• Employees who have been identified as "high potential" and will benefit from a customized, personal development experience
• Management team members who are seeking to improve their working relationships
• Individual contributors who have been selected for future management roles, or will likely assume management roles in the future

Program Cost

The fee, per-participant, for the Team Select Leadership Coaching Program is $3,250. This program fee includes all program books and materials, attendance at the full day seminar, and a six-week customized executive coaching program with Angie Morgan or Courtney Lynch. A minimum of five participants is required.
